  A pet death is never easy. But the folks at SEPC made things very simple, and helped us through the whole process. They came to our home, picked up our dog in a very dignified manner. The driver Donna was very sensitive and very sympathetic, we felt very comfortable giving our dog to her. They returned her to us in less than a day, again they came right to the house. They provided us with a beautiful urn, a clay paw imprint, and a small clay memorial bone for our daughter to keep. The whole process was simple and easy. They have such heart and so much understanding. They made this difficult time a little easier on our family. We cannot thank SEPC enough, especially Donna. Thank you guys so much!

  Our family experience with Southeastern Pet Cremation was one which we regard as highly professional and very compassionate. We lost our Belle and she was handed with respect during the cremation process and at all times we were informed of what and how things would be done. Staff 100% professional.

  Southeastern Pet Cremation are some of the post compassionate folks around. It truly takes someone special to do a job like this. My sweet dog passed away at our home in Swansboro. The very professional staff was at my home within a 1/2 hour of our sweet boy passing away. The gentleman who came to our home was so sweet and loving. He cared for our baby as if it were his own. He delivered his ashes back to us at our home in less than 24 hours. A true light during a very dark time. Thank you for all you did for us. We are forever grateful.

  We lost our beloved Golden retriever recently and knew we would be having him cremated as we have our other pets. We expected the same old cardboard box with a bag of cremains.
  
  We were wrong.
  
  Southeastern takes such gentle care and provided his ashes to us in a beautiful box along with his paw print. This was so above and beyond that we were moved to tears. He is the last in a line of 7 pets and we're still hurting from his loss.

  I can't say enough good things about my experience with Southeastern Pet Cremation. Their professionalism, promptness, courtesy, and compassion were a true blessing at a sad and difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has lost a treasured pet and wants an individual cremation.
